I am a mom of two boys just trying to lose the baby weight (and keep it off). I enjoy counting calories. It helps me stay on track with my diet and it makes me happy coming up with meals that are both yummy and filling. I am using this space as a food journal for myself. That way I can go back and remember recipes and calories for some of my favorite meals and snacks. Kinda like my own personal recipe book. I am by no means an expert on health or nutrition (or grammar, I'm sorry) . This is just what I like.
