Breakfast Egg Rolls






Ingredients
3 Egg roll wraps- 170 cal
1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese- 70 cal
1 1/2 eggs- 105 cal
1 1/2 slices of bacon (oscar mayer microwavable bacon)- 39 cal

Directions
1. Add all ingredients into the wraps
2. Fold wraps
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 min. 

Total calories for 3 egg rolls- 384 calories

I love simple meals that feel fancy! Also, I sprayed Pam over all the egg rolls to get them to brown. You can also use olive oil or butter if you prefer but it will add calories.
